General Manager This is Karsten Petersen our General Manager at The Little Mermaid. He is the person responsible for the overall management of the resort. Karsten, a Dane, has had many years experience of taking care of all our guests. If you need to know anything, need any help, or have any problems at all, then please feel free to speak to Karsten.
